一、教材分析《遗传的物质基础》是济南版八年级上册第四章第一节的内容。本节课是一节专业性很强的理论课,涉及生命的微观结构基础,主要内容有细胞核中有染色体、染色体由DNA和蛋白质组成、基因是DNA分子上的小片段、每个基因携带某种特定遗传信息、控制着生物的特征等。教学的主要任务是使学生形成有关遗传物质的概念,从而构建以生物体、细胞、细胞核、染色体、DNA、基因等为主的概念体系。
