用淋巴管间接注射法,将低浓度的Mercox分别注入家兔胃粘膜层、粘膜下层、肌层和浆膜层后,制成铸型样品,在扫描电镜下观察胃壁各层淋巴管的三维结构、微细立体分布和相互交通情况。在胃粘膜深层,可见呈盲端的毛细淋巴管;粘膜下层、肌层和浆膜层既有毛细淋巴管网,也有淋巴管丛。在淋巴管铸型上,清晰地显示出具有特征性的辦膜切迹,相当淋巴管双瓣膜所在的位置。此外,在铸型表面还可以见到淋巴管内皮细胞核的压迹。
