用硝酸汞电位滴定法测定阿莫西林钠含量,以铂电极为指示电极,汞—硫酸亚汞电极为参比电极,用硝酸汞滴定液(0.02mol/L)滴定,本方法简便,灵敏,重现性好。
The concentration of amoxicillin sodium was determined by the potentiometric titration of mercury nitrate. The platinum electrode was used as the indicator electrode and the mercury-mercuric sulfate electrode was used as the reference electrode. The titration was performed with 0.02 mol / L mercury nitrate titrant. The method was simple, Reproducible.
