“浙大长”萝卜的特点是根长萝卜大,最大的一个有20斤重,每亩产量可达1万斤以上。比普通农民栽培的蘿卜(如杭州钩白种、笕桥红等)可以增产一倍左右(图1)。这种萝卜生长快,一般经过70—80天就可以采收;抵抗病虫害能力也较强,适应性大,管理方便,栽培容易。它的用途广,生食熟食都可以;萝卜大,切洗加工方便,省时省力,既适于做酱萝卜,又可以哂蘿卜干;所以“浙大长”是一个值得推广的优良品种。
“Zhejiang big long” radish is characterized by large root radish, the largest one has 20 kg weight, yield per acre up to 1 kg. Than ordinary radish cultivated farmers (such as Hangzhou hook white, red bridge red, etc.) can double the output (Figure 1). This radish grow fast, generally after 70-80 days can be harvested; resistance to pests and diseases also strong, adaptable, easy management, easy cultivation. Its wide range of uses, raw food cooked can; large radish, cutting and processing convenience, time-saving and labor-saving, both for making sauce turnip, but also radish dried; so “Zhejiang long” is an excellent variety worth promoting.
