“只有普及青少年足球,才是中国足球的未来,这也是任何一个国家足球发展的重要基石!”——蔡振华任何运动都是有受伤风险的,尤其是足球这样对抗激烈、身体接触频繁的运动项目。一旦受伤,既会降低青少年的运动能力,又可能对其生长发育产生不利影响。那么,我们该怎么在娱乐、训练和比赛时避免受伤呢?如果损伤出现,我们又该如何及时准确的处理,迅速恢复并重返绿茵场呢?
