2012年8月6日—9日,由中国粮油学会(CCOA)与国际谷物科技协会(ICC)共同举办的第十四届国际谷物科技与面包大会暨国际油料与油脂科技发展论坛在北京国际会议中心隆重举行。在大会开幕式上,ICC秘书长Roland博士向中国农科院农产品加工研究所王强研究员颁发了ICC最高学术奖——Harald Perten Prize。基于在粮油加工特性与品质评价领域取得的突出成绩,特别是在中国特色优势粮油资源花生加工特性与品质评价方面的研究水平和影响,王强研究员获此殊荣。王强研究员是我国乃至亚洲第一个获此奖项的科技工作者,该奖项的获得表明我国在谷物加工研究领域得
From August 6 to August 6, 2012, the 14th International Cereals & Technology and Bread Conference and International Oil and Oil Science and Technology Development Forum co-hosted by China Association of Cereal Oil and Fertilizer (CCOA) and International Cereal Technology Association (ICC) Center was held. At the opening ceremony, ICC Secretary-General Dr. Roland presented to the researcher of Institute of Agronomy, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Wang Qiang, ICC highest academic award - Harald Perten Prize. Based on the outstanding achievements made in the field of grain and oil processing characteristics and quality evaluation, especially on the peanut processing characteristics and quality evaluation of grain and oil resources with Chinese characteristics, Professor Wang Qiang won this award. Researcher Wang Qiang was the first scientific and technological worker in China and even in Asia to receive this award. The award shows that our country has obtained some awards in the field of grain processing research
