本文叙述应用双频多参数跟踪补偿方法测量非磁性基体上镍铜复合镀层厚度的方法和仪器。所研制的 FDH-1型镀层测厚仪可同时分别指示出非磁性基体上镍和铜镀层的厚度。
This paper describes a method and apparatus for measuring the thickness of nickel-copper composite coatings on a non-magnetic substrate using a dual frequency multi-parameter tracking compensation method. The developed FDH-1 coating thickness gauge simultaneously indicates the thickness of the nickel and copper plating on the non-magnetic substrate, respectively.
