随着科技的不断发展进步,当前在矿山作业中主要应用先进的机电设备。由于矿山作业的危险度比较高,加上其他因素影响,经常出现机电设备故障。一旦机电设备出现故障,就会对各个部件进行一一逐个检查,浪费大量的时间和人力,这就需要先进的智能故障检测诊断技术。智能故障检测诊断技术在检查机电设备时具有耗时短和检测准确的优势,因此得到广泛应用。本文主要对矿山机电设备智能故障检测诊断技术进行了研究,主要从矿山机电设备的故障检测诊断技术相关概述、矿山机电设备故障检测技术的步骤、矿山机电设备智能故障检测诊断技术应用的原理以及矿山机电设备中故障检测诊断技术的应用这四个方面进行了具体的阐述。
With the continuous development of science and technology, the current application of advanced mechanical and electrical equipment in mining operations. This paper mainly studies the intelligent fault detection and diagnosis technology of mine mechanical and electrical equipment, mainly from the overview of fault detection and diagnosis technology of mine mechanical and electrical equipment, the steps of fault detection technology of mine mechanical and electrical equipment, the principle of intelligent fault detection and diagnosis technology of mine mechanical and electrical equipment, Mechanical and electrical equipment fault detection and diagnosis techniques in the application of these four aspects were described in detail.
