为了揭示井下车辆运行对矿井通风总阻力的波动影响程度,采用数值模拟计算与现场实测相结合的研究方法,以山西天地王坡煤矿井下辅助运输大巷内防爆胶轮车行驶过程为现场原型,利用UDF自定义接口函数结合动网格技术建立了防爆胶轮车行驶过程巷道风流场计算模型,以车辆行驶速度和巷道全压通风风速为变量因素,定量分析了行驶车辆引起的巷道阻力变化值,行驶车辆引起的巷道阻力波动值甚至达到矿井通风总阻力的10%以上,在此基础上推导出适用于王坡煤矿井下辅助运输大巷的防爆胶轮车运行巷道百米阻力计算公式,将计算结果与现场实测结果进行对比,计算结果相对误差在20%以内。
In order to reveal the impact of downhole vehicle operation on the total resistance of mine ventilation, the research methods of numerical simulation and on-site measurement were adopted. Taking the explosion-proof rubber tire in auxiliary lane of Wangpo Coal Mine in Shanxi Tiandi as a prototype, Based on the UDF custom interface function combined with moving grid technique, the calculation model of the air flow field in the roadway during explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicles is established. Taking the vehicle speed and the total pressure of the roadway as the variable factors, the change value of the roadway resistance , The fluctuating value of the roadway resistance caused by the traveling vehicle even reaches over 10% of the total resistance of the mine ventilation. On this basis, the formula for calculating the resistance of one hundred meters of explosion-proof rubber tire roadway which is suitable for auxiliary transport laneway in Wangpo coal mine is derived. Comparing the calculated results with the field measured results, the relative errors of the calculated results are less than 20%.
