1. Income distribution is not standardized. (1) Wages payment and salary extraction are not standardized, and the phenomenon of salary extraction outside baselines is more common when implementing ergonomics-related enterprises and plans. (2) Some enterprises set up standards that the supplementary pension insurance exceeds 4% of the total wage and increase revenue in disguise ; (3) The discretionary income distribution of business management personnel is lacking in a reasonable degree of restraint; (4)
