卡拉姆(Carlam)公司的连续酸洗线基本上由三大部份组成:1.热轧钢卷和成品钢卷的立式贮存装置;2.一个邻近的酸洗跨间;3.电器、液压和化学设备,以及包装和装运跨间等。该生产线将分两个阶段建成。第一期工程设计是年产80万吨,其产品为厚度2.286毫米,宽度1092.2毫米的钢带。该生产线能处理厚度为1.016～6.37毫米,宽度为609.6～1651毫米的钢带,最大卷重32142公斤。生产速度可达152.4米/分,将可提高到304.8米/分。
Carlam’s continuous pickling line consists of three main components: 1. Vertical storage of hot-rolled coil and finished coil; 2. An adjacent pickling booth; 3. Electrical appliances, Hydraulic and chemical equipment, as well as packaging and shipping across the room. The production line will be completed in two stages. The first phase of the project is designed with an annual output of 800,000 tons, the product is a thickness of 2.286 mm, a width of 1092.2 mm strip. The production line can handle the thickness of 1.016 ~ 6.37 mm, a width of 609.6 ~ 1651 mm steel strip, the maximum weight of 32,142 kg. Production speed up to 152.4 m / min, will be increased to 304.8 m / min.
