针对带式输送机钢丝绳芯输送带撕裂后在撕裂区段发生部分叠加,输送带宽度显著变窄这一现象特征,依据若干组对射激光开关配合组对配合使用,实现实时监测带宽变化为判据,利用可编程技术进行逻辑运算,完成对带式输送机的纵向撕裂事故及时报警、停车。及时发现带面纵向撕裂,有效减少事故损失,缩短停机时间。技术实用,制作成本低,安装维护简单,事故报警停车及时。
