植物组织细胞研究是中草药研究的一个重要方面,它必须依赖切片技术的发展。石蜡切片法是最常用的切片方法,由于没有合适的仪器设备,多年来中草药组织块都是在常温下,溶剂浓度采用从低到高梯度递升的脱水透明方法,时间长效率低。我通过多次试验摸索,中草药组织块在溶剂加温(50℃)的条件下,可加速对组织细胞的渗透。溶剂浓度采用坡度递升的脱水透明方法。一般只需原先脱水时间的十分之一。改进的番红、固绿染色工艺流程,可以减少步骤。具体实验报导如下: 一、快速制蜡块的方法 1.脱水透明的主要仪器设备:恒温水浴锅、酸式滴定管或恒流泵、隔水式恒温培养箱。 2.组织块脱水透明的操作及溶剂浓度的计算:不同的材料或虽然是同一种材料,由于大小厚度不同,脱水透明的时间是不同的。一般将嫩材料切成
Research on plant tissue cells is an important aspect of Chinese herbal medicine research. It must rely on the development of slice technology.
