随着表面科学,电子,半导体,镀膜等技术的发展,迫切需要具有清洁无油,耐腐蚀,工作压强范围广等特点的致冷机低温泵,目前国内已有研制,生产,应用此种设备。为推广其应用,中国真空学会真空获得技术专业委员会于十月下旬,在南京工学院电子工程系举办为时十六天的致冷机低温泵学习班,人数五十人左右,有理论讲授,讲座及实验,详细内容及报名具体办法详见报名通知单。讲授内容: 1.低温抽气的理论基础, 2.致冷机低温泵的抽气模式及参量分析, 3.致冷机低温泵的结构及设计,
