工程项目是企业效益的源头,成本管理则又是效益的源头,成本管理的成功与否直接影响到企业整体的经济效益,关系企业的发展。所以,加强项目成本管控,利用各种有效手段措施,降低项目成本费用开支,取得项目的最大效益成为企业管理的重中之重。本文分析了铁路施工企业在工程项目成本管控方面的存在的问题和对策,阐述了加强工程项目成本管理控制的途径和方法。
Project is the source of enterprise efficiency, cost management is the source of efficiency, the success of cost management directly affects the overall economic efficiency of enterprises, the development of the relationship between enterprises. Therefore, to strengthen project cost control, the use of various effective measures to reduce project costs and expenses, to obtain the maximum benefit of the project has become the top priority of business management. This paper analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures of railway construction enterprises in the cost control of construction projects, and elaborates the ways and methods to strengthen the cost management control of construction projects.
