在红热钢坯测长中,由于现场环境恶劣,强电干扰严重,常引起测量脉冲的丢失和多余,所以如何处理测量脉冲的丢失和多余的问题,是现场测量中的关键问题之一。我们用自动纠错测量法解决了这一问题。现场实验数据说明,应用自动纠错测量,可提高测量的可靠性,使红外测长向实用化前进了一步。 红热钢坯的测量现场,一般都比较恶劣,因此,进行非接触测量,提取一次测量信息时就要受到这些因索的影响。如:现场粉尘大,温度高,振动强烈;有吊车、电焊等强电干扰,背景噪声大;钢坯的规格品种多,形状尺寸大小不同,温度高低也相差很大,
In the measurement of red hot billet length, one of the key problems in field measurement is how to deal with the loss and excess of measuring pulse because of the harsh environment and the strong electric interference which often cause the loss and excess of measuring pulse. We solved this problem with automatic error correction measurement. Field experimental data shows that the application of automatic error correction measurement can improve the reliability of measurement, infrared measurement to the practical one step forward. Red hot billet measurement site, generally relatively poor, therefore, non-contact measurement, the extraction of a measurement information will be affected by these factors.
