One of the most effective and simple applications for Portescap’s Magpush linear actuators is to actuate a slide or gate to control the flow of solids and liquids through the silo. Since this actuator is electrically powered (AC or DC) it is virtually maintenance-free and operates remotely. In other words, they can be started by means of signals taken from the controlled flow system. This push-pull linear actuator is the main working characteristics of at least 100000 times the entire journey can work continuously. This figure is the lowest of any Magpush actuator product. In the test for the actuator control of the bunker feed, it can continuously reciprocate 7.5 × 10 ~ 6 times after replacing the terminal travel micro switch.
