锥蜗杆传动和其它空间啮合传动一样,也有两类界限点问题。一是根切界限点,也叫一类界限点,其集合所构成的曲线叫做根切界限线或叫一类界限线。另一是啮合界限点,又叫二类界限点,其集合所构成的曲线叫做啮合界限线或二类界限线。关于两类界限点,在许多资料中虽已进行了不少的讨论,但有关锥蜗杆传动的两类界限点的具体计算及数据,则很少有文献介绍。本文将先对两类界限点作理论分析,然后再结合我室所设计的锥蜗杆试验装置,进行具体计算和讨论。
Cone worm drive and other space meshing transmission, there are two types of boundary point problems. First, the root cut point, also known as a type of limit point, the curve formed by the collection called the root cut line or called a type of limit line. The other is the meshing limit point, also called the second type of limit point, the curve formed by the set is called the meshing limit line or the second type of limit line. There are a lot of discussions on the two kinds of limit points in many materials. However, there are few references on the specific calculation and data on the two types of limit points on the worm screw drive. In this paper, the theoretical analysis of the two types of limit points will be made firstly, and then the cone-worm test device designed by our laboratory will be used for specific calculation and discussion.
