ZY57-Ⅰ型防气抽油泵采用整泵筒软硬新型活塞结构,装有承载阀、标枪阀和进油阀,标枪阀将泵筒分为上下腔。下冲程时,承载阀和进油阀关闭,标枪阀随抽油杆下行15mm后打开,下腔油气进入上腔。在活塞达下死点附近时,放气孔连通液柱与上腔,达到油气交换避免气锁之目的。上冲程时,标枪阀随抽油杆上行15mm后关闭,下腔降压进入油气,上腔增压排出油气。因泵工作时阀开、关不受气体胀、缩影响,泵效果高达87.8％,一般比普通泵高15％左右。

When the pump is working, the valve is opened and closed without being affected by gas expansion and shrinkage. The pump effect is as high as 87.8%, which is about 15% higher than that of the ordinary pump.
