At present, the pressure of appreciation of RMB exchange rate triggered by the imbalance between the inside and outside of our country and economy appears to be the result of the undervaluation of the nominal exchange rate. The essence of this is the external reflection of the distortion of the post-impending economic structure caused by the deepening of the market-oriented reform. This article analyzes and demonstrates the appreciation of the exchange rate as one of the two aspects of correcting economic imbalances and promoting industrial upgrading of the one-sided and limitations, and then pointed out that the appreciation of the exchange rate and structural reform of trade-offs, including the implementation of the elements of the market and the financial system, including the deep city
