王雷,笔名省三,号三省堂主人、雪斋主人等。一九六八年生于山东莱芜。政治学研究生毕业。高级政工师。自幼随父学习书法,主张师古创新。以篆刻、篆隶为长,喜作国画小品,情趣可人。其作品入展由中国书法家协会主办的全国第四届篆刻展、全国第三届楹联展、全国第七届书法篆刻展,入选全国第八届中青年书法篆刻展并入作品集。篆刘作品参加中国(天津)第一、二届书法艺术节全国印社作品展、全国中青年篆刻家作品展和西泠印社百年社庆篆刻艺术展。书法作品入展首届敦煌国际书法艺术节全国书法作品展、全国书画小品展。著有《东石印痕》、《王雷书画篆刻》、《中国实力派美术家——王雷》等书,在全国发行。现为中国书法家协会会员、中国大河印社社长、中国得一书社总执事、山东东营市青年书法家协会副主席等。
Wang Lei, pen name three provinces, three provincial hall owner, snow master and so on. Born in 1968 in Laiwu, Shandong. Graduated in political science. Senior Political Engineer. Since his childhood father learned calligraphy, advocates ancient teacher innovation. To seal, Zhuan Li as long, hi as a traditional Chinese painting Pieces, fun and pleasant. His works have been exhibited at the 4th China Seal Cutting Exhibition, the 3rd Lianlian Exhibition, the 7th Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Exhibition organized by the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and were selected into the Eighth China Youth Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Exhibition. Seal Liu works participated in China (Tianjin) the first and second Calligraphy Festival National Indian Society exhibition, the National Exhibition of young and middle-aged seal engraving and Xiling Yinshe Centennial community carving art exhibition. Calligraphy works in the first Dunhuang International Calligraphy Festival National Calligraphy Exhibition, the National Painting and calligraphy exhibition. With the “East Seal”, “Wang Lei calligraphy and seal cutting”, “Chinese strength to send artists - Wang Lei” and other books, issued in the country. He is now a member of China Calligraphers Association, president of China Daheyin News Agency, chief dean of China Shidai Shibuyuan, and vice chairman of Young Calligraphers Association of Dongying City in Shandong.
