在人类社会的发展进程中,城市的形成是与商业的兴起密切相关的。商业也就是商品交换的发展,让人们可以就近通过交换得到食物,所以才有可能成千上万的人聚居在一起,从事各行各业,社会生活变得丰富起来。而不是较分散地居住在原野中,只求尽可能地占有土地,就近耕作生产。商品交换的聚集地发展为城市,商业也就成了一个城市的人脉。商业的繁荣程度反映着这个城市的活力、吸引力和竞争力。时至今日,外资商业大举进入中国,人们变得动辄大谈现代商业,大谈外国模式,而往往忽略了中国传统商业、传统模式中的一些有益的成分。在本期“主题报道”中,我们以青岛市李沧区规划中的“北部商圈”升级版——“北部商都”的建设为例,力求全面地从历史、人文、经济的角度,阐释百年李村大集存在和发展的价值,以期达到现代商业与传统商业对话的目的。两个月的时间,《招商周刊》的记者实地考察青岛李沧区“北部商圈”和李村大集的现状,寻访相关人士,并召开了各界人士参加的座谈会。推出本组稿件的同时,希望百年李村大集能引起更多人的关注,建设性的决策尽快出台。

The degree of commercial prosperity reflects the vitality, attractiveness and competitiveness of the city. To this day, foreign-funded commercial ventures have entered China in large numbers. People have become increasingly talked about modern commerce and talked about foreign models, often neglecting some useful elements of traditional Chinese commerce and traditional models. In this issue of “Theme Report”, we take the construction of Lichang District in Qingdao as an example. The “Northern Business Circle” upgrade - the “Northern Business Capital” , From the economic point of view, to explain the value of the existence and development of the 100-year-old Li Cun Dajian, in order to achieve the purpose of modern commercial and traditional business dialogue. Two months time, the reporter of China Merchants Weekly inspected the current situation of Licang District in Qingdao and the “Northern Business Circle” and the big gathering of Li Village, sought relevant people and held a forum for people from all walks of life. At the same time of launching this set of manuscripts, I hope the centenary Li Cun Daji can arouse more people’s attention and make constructive decisions as soon as possible.
