外购锻铸件标准化是企业外购器材标准化的一项重要内容;是直接关系到设计、工艺、检验、供应、财务等部门的一项基础工作;也是开展厂际协作、协调供需双方关系、保证外购锻铸件按时、按质、按量、按价地供应和企业生产经营活动顺利地进行的一个重要条件。但是,目前对外购锻铸件标准化尚无人间津。本文就外购锻铸件的标准化工作作一粗略介绍。
The standardization of outsourcing forged castings is an important part of the standardization of outsourcing equipment; it is a basic work directly related to the departments of design, craftsmanship, inspection, supply, finance, etc. It is also an inter-factor cooperation, coordination of the relationship between supply and demand, and assurance. Outsourcing of forgings on time, quality, quantity, price and supply of an important condition for the smooth production of business activities. However, there is no human standard for the purchase of forged castings. This article gives a rough introduction to the standardization of purchased forged castings.
