毛茛科唐松草属有多种药用植物,其根茎,花果或全草入药。该属植物含有黄酮,生物碱(尤其是结构多样的苄基异喹啉类),萜类,皂苷和精油等成分,生物活性表现为抗微生物,抗炎,心血管效应和抗癌等。文章综述唐松草属化学成分和生物活性研究进展,并构建国产唐松草属的分子系统发育树,讨论其与形态分类和化学分类的异同点,为该属药用亲缘学研究和药物资源的可持续利用提供参考。
Ranunculaceae Dunlep is a variety of medicinal plants, its rhizome, flower or whole plant medicine. The genus contains flavonoids, alkaloids (especially structurally diverse benzyl isoquinolines), terpenes, saponins and essential oils and other components, the biological activity of the performance of anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, cardiovascular effects and anti-cancer and so on. This paper reviewed the research progress of the chemical constituents and bioactivities of Thalictrum, and constructed the molecular phylogenetic tree of domestic Thalictrum so as to discuss its similarities and differences with the morphological classification and chemical classification. Continuous use for reference.
