班主任工作是一件平凡而又伟大的工程,更是一件繁琐而艰难的工程。掐指算来,我当班主任已经20年了,这20年里给我的感觉是,当一位小学老师难,当一位小学班主任更难,当一位优秀的小学班主任难上加难。虽然20年的风风雨雨渐渐地成就了今天的我,但是我还不能够自我表扬,因为我只是全国成千上万个班主任中最普通的一个。静心回顾已逝的岁月,给我最大的体会是:要想做好班主任工作,就必须做好孩子们心
