中国进入新世纪以后,企业信息化建设逐步成为保障企业发展的重要方式。然而,随着企业信息化投资的逐步增加,无论是企业管理者还是员工均未深切感受到信息化建设所带来的巨大变化;而信息化建设者也陷入建设的困境,如数据整合、流程设计等,这些已经成为阻碍信息化持续发展的障碍。本文作者通过理论分析与案例解析相结合的方式,论证了企业信息化建设的重点,即以突出信息价值为核心,阐述了在信息化建设过程中体现信息价值的方式与方法。
Since China entered the new century, the construction of enterprise information has gradually become an important way to guarantee the development of enterprises. However, with the gradual increase of investment in enterprise information, neither managers nor staff deeply felt the huge changes brought by the construction of informationization. And informational builders are also caught in the dilemma of construction such as data integration, processes Design, etc. These have become obstacles to the sustainable development of information technology. Through the combination of theoretical analysis and case analysis, the author demonstrates the key point of enterprise information construction, that is, highlighting the value of information as the core, elaborates the ways and methods of embodying information value in the process of information construction.
