对143例临床拟诊冠心病女性患者行冠状动脉造影。结果显示：总阳性率为49．6％，更年期组阳性率为24．4％，更年期后组阳性率为61．2％，说明更年期女性患者临床拟诊冠心病与冠状动脉造影阳性符合率不高，容易误诊。
Coronary angiography was performed on 143 clinically diagnosed female patients with coronary heart disease. The results showed that the total positive rate was 49.6%, the positive rate of menopause group was 24.4%, and the positive rate of menopausal group was 61.2%. This indicates that the clinical coincidence rates of clinical diagnosed coronary heart disease and coronary angiography in menopausal women are not consistent High, easy to misdiagnosis.
