近年来,越来越多的农民工涌入城市,但是,由于二元经济导致的身份差别,使农民工被远远排除在社会基本养老保险之外,从社会公平、稳定角度看,及时、有效解决农民工养老问题刻不容缓。本文通过研究现有农民工养老保险模式存在的缺陷及农民工的特点,分析出现阶段农民工养老保险制度建立存在的障碍,最后根据农民工的特点及需求,重点提出完善建立农民工养老保险模式的建议——建立灵活的、适合农民工特点的分种类、分形式的养老保险制度模式。
In recent years, more and more peasant workers have poured into the cities.
