什么样的工作最好?各人都有不同的理解。如果你去问刚刚毕业的大学生,可能会有六成以上的人选择公务员,认为公务员稳定,旱涝保收。但是也有人偏偏不愿当公务员,反而选择一些有风险较大,但具有挑战性的工作。而对于已有一些工作经验的职场人士来说,对工作的理解更深刻一些,他们有的静则努力创造晋升机会,动则跳槽甚至彻底改行,为的是寻找一份最适合自己岗位或工作。有的安于现状,却不是不思进取,恰恰是因为现状让他们感到满意。事实上,最好的工作就是最适合自己的工作。有人已经找到了,有人还在找。
