目的研究以黄芩、黄连、黄柏等三种中药制剂在体外对肠道致病菌的抗菌作用。方法采用连续稀释法,对该中药制剂的最低抑菌浓度进行了观察。结果该中药制剂为水提取液,配制成含纯中药200 g/L液体。黄芩、黄连、黄柏对大肠杆菌的最小抑制浓度依次为6.3、1.6和6.3 g/L;对金黄色葡萄球菌最小抑制浓度依次为1.6、0.8和3.2 g/L;对副溶血性弧菌的最小抑制浓度依次为1.6、0.8、0.8 g/L。结论黄芩、黄连、黄柏对体外革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌有较强的抑制作用。
Objective To study the antibacterial effect of three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine preparations (Huangxi, Huanglian and Phellodendron) on intestinal pathogens. Methods Continuous dilution method was used to observe the minimum inhibitory concentration of the Chinese medicine preparation. Results The Chinese medicine preparation was an aqueous extract and was formulated to contain 200 g/L pure Chinese medicine. The minimum inhibitory concentrations of Astragalus membranaceus, Coptis chinensis, and Phellodendron chinense against E. coli were 6.3, 1.6 and 6.3 g/L, respectively; the minimum inhibitory concentrations against S. aureus were 1.6, 0.8, and 3.2 g/L, respectively; and the least against Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The inhibitory concentrations were 1.6, 0.8, and 0.8 g/L, respectively. Conclusion Astragalus, Coptis chinensis, and Phellodendron chinense have strong inhibitory effects on Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in vitro.
