本文基于WIA-PA无线网络技术实现了石化水电计量系统的优化管理,提高了生产效率,但同时也带来了网络安全风险。针对石化水电计量的无线网络技术及安全问题,从实际应用的角度,设计了基于WIA-PA的水电数据采集计量的技术架构,对石化系统存在的安全风险和防护需求进行分析,利用OPC工业防火墙的访问控制技术,有效实现了石化水电计量系统的安全防护。
This article based on WIA-PA wireless network technology to achieve the optimal management of petrochemical hydropower metering system to improve production efficiency, but it also brings the network security risks. Aiming at the wireless network technology and security problems of petrochemical hydropower metering, the technical framework of WIA-PA based on WIA-PA is designed from the perspective of practical application. The security risks and protection requirements of petrochemical system are analyzed. By using OPC Industrial Firewall Access control technology to effectively achieve the security of petrochemical hydropower metering system.
