冷藏加工企业,在冻结产品成本(费用)中,用于制冷电耗的支出占有较大的比重。降低食品冻结生产过程的电耗量,有其重要的经济意义。本文主要对多间冻结间采用独立回路制冷系统(以下简称独立回路)与共一回路制冷系统(以下简称共一回路)在电耗、制冷机制冷能力效率发挥等方面谈一些粗浅的看法。
Refrigeration processing enterprises, the cost of frozen products (costs), the cost of refrigeration and cooling account for a large proportion of expenditure. Reducing the power consumption of frozen food production has its important economic significance. This paper mainly talks about some superficial opinions on the use of independent circuit refrigeration system (hereinafter referred to as independent circuit) and common circuit refrigeration system (hereinafter referred to as “common circuit”) for a plurality of freezing rooms in terms of power consumption and refrigerating machine efficiency.
