OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical effects of premature infant extrauterine nerve retardation and different nutrition support programs on their intervention. Methods: From January 2016 to February 2017, 110 cases of premature eutopic neuropathy who were treated in Longchuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital were divided into two groups according to different supportive measures, of which routine nutrition Fifty children with intervention and treatment support were included as control group and 60 children receiving intervention and treatment of targeted nutrition support program as observation group. The indexes of physical development between the two groups were compared between the two groups after 1 to 2 years of age. The intelligence development of the two groups were compared, and the satisfaction of the family members to the medical service was compared. Results: All the indexes of physical development in the observation group between 1 and 2 years old were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The intelligence development of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). And family members of the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the medical service than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Premature infant with extrauterine neurological retardation using targeted nutritional support programs can effectively improve their nutritional status and improve their intelligence development.
