氰联吡啶酮(milrinoenmil)是新近发现的具有强心、抗心律失常和降低外周血管阻力作用的新药。本工作观察它对去甲肾上腺素(NA)收缩的大鼠肠系膜微血管的作用。雄性Wistar大鼠肠系膜微血管经显微电视系统放大460倍后测量口径。按田中提出的七级标准观察血液流态。然后局部滴加10~(-5)~10~(-3)M NA至微血管明显收缩且血流停滞。再依次滴加浓度为0.4,4,40,400μg/ml的mil,再次用药2分钟后测定微血管口径及血液流态的变化。
Milrinoenmil is a newly discovered new drug with cardiotonic, anti-arrhythmic and anti-vascular resistance.
