开化县地处浙西山区,全县共有小型山塘水库148座,由于大多数山塘水库是土坝,都起建于“大跃进、学大寨”时代,到如今多数山塘水库存在渗漏水现象。水库土坝除险加固的施工质量不仅影响着其自身经济效益与社会效益的实现,还关系着人民的日常生活的正常与财产安全。中小型水库土坝在除险加固防渗处理施工中存在施工成本高、操作难度大且不足的问题,套井回填技术很好地弥补了传统技术的不足。本文主要针对套井回填技术在中小型土坝防渗加固处理的经验分析施工中的关键问题提出使用质量控制对策。

This paper mainly focuses on the key problems in the construction of the small and medium-sized earth dam seepage prevention and reinforcement technology of the well cover backfill technology proposed quality control measures.
