教师资格认证制度的实施保障了教师职业专业化的特点。当前,美国的教师资格认证过程是通过教师资格认定标准和教师资格考试来进行的。美国的教师资格制度实施较早体系较完善,其发展过程中的许多实践和经验对我国教师资格制度的完善与发展有着重要的启示作用。
The implementation of teacher qualification certification system protects the professionalism of teachers. At present, the teacher certification process in the United States is conducted through teacher qualification standards and teacher qualification examinations. The system of teacher qualification in the United States is relatively complete. The many practices and experiences in its development have an important enlightenment on the perfection and development of China’s teacher qualification system.
