总部经济是乌鲁木齐经济技术开发区(头屯河区)经济转型升级、产业结构优化和实现新的经济增长的必然需求和必由之路。文章分析了开发区(头屯河区)发展总部经济的现实条件,结合区域实际提出发展策略建议。
The headquarters economy is the inevitable demand and the only way for the economic transformation and upgrading of Urumqi Economic and Technical Development Zone (Toutunhe District), the optimization of industrial structure and the realization of new economic growth. This article analyzes the actual conditions for the development of headquarter economy in the TEDA (Toutunhe District) and puts forward the development strategies and suggestions based on the actual situation in the region.
