供电公司工会组织应在深刻领会“五大”体系建设重要意义的前提下,发挥自身群众组织优势,切实保障“五大”体系建设的顺利实施与过渡。从加强企业文化输贯,为“五大”体系建设提供文化支撑;加强引导,突出维权,促进队伍和谐稳定;抓好班组建设,为筑牢公司发展基础加力;围绕中心,进一步深化劳动竞赛和群众性技术创新活动;加强自身建设,为有效履职提供保证等方面予以论述。
The trade union organizations of power supply companies should, under the profound understanding of the important meaning of the “five big” system construction, exert their mass organizational advantages and earnestly guarantee the smooth implementation and transition of the construction of the “five big” systems. We should strengthen cultural guidance in order to safeguard human rights and promote the harmonious and stable development of our workforce. We should do a good job in building team work and build a solid foundation for our company’s development. We will further deepen labor around the center Competitions and mass technological innovation activities; strengthening self-construction, providing assurance for effective performance of duties and so on.
