汇海路大桥总长306m,主拱矢跨100m,矢高32m,2拱面外倾40。,是当前我国最大的蝶式拱桥。主拱安装高度大、三维拱段定位困难,且施工时存在各道工序交叉作业的现象,对钢箱拱安装支架的要求较高。汇海路大桥采用贝雷片构造柱+型钢平台相组合的结构形式,搭设了钢箱拱安装支架,同时配合吊机桥上吊装作业,安全优质的完成了钢箱拱的安装。本文通过对汇海路大桥钢箱拱安装支架设计与施工的成功经验进行介绍,期望能为同类工程提供帮助。

The installation height of the main arch is large, and the positioning of the three-dimensional arch section is difficult. There is a phenomenon of cross-working of all the processes during construction, and the requirements for the steel box arch mounting bracket are high. The Huaihai Road Bridge adopts the combination of Beilei structural column and steel platform, and a steel box arch mounting bracket is erected. At the same time, it is hoisted with the crane bridge to complete the installation of the steel box arch in a safe and high quality. This paper introduces the successful experience of the design and construction of steel box arch support for Huhai Road Bridge, and hopes to provide assistance for similar projects.
