本实验通过比较组胺引起的肺与呼吸系统顺应性、导纳的改变,以验证组胺引起的肺反应可由呼吸系统反应正确评估.结果表明,静脉滴注组胺可引起肺顺应性(CL),呼吸系统顺应性(Crs),肺导纳(GL),呼吸系统导纳(Grs),Pao2及pH显著降低(P<0.05),Paco2及Qs/Qt显著升高(P<0.05).在组胺滴注时,CL与Crs(r=0.95,P<0,01),GL与Grs(r=0.95,P<0.01)均呈显著正相关.结果提示,呼吸系统反应为评价组胺致肺损伤犬的肺反应提供了一种简便、精确的方法.
This experiment by comparing histamine caused lung and respiratory compliance, admittance changes in order to verify histamine-induced lung response can be correctly assessed by the respiratory reaction. The results showed that intravenous instillation of histamine resulted in a significant decrease of lung compliance (CL), respiratory compliance (Crs), pulmonary admittance (GL), respiratory admittance (Grs), Pao2 and pH (P <0. 05), Paco2 and Qs / Qt were significantly increased (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between CL and Crs (r = 0.95, P <0.01), GL and Grs (r = 0.95, P <0.01) during histamine instillation. The results suggest that the respiratory response provides a simple and accurate method for evaluating lung response in histamine-induced lung injury in dogs.
