为保护农民种粮积极性,促进粮食生产发展,国家继续在小麦主产区实行最低收购价政策,并适当提高2013年最低收购价水平。经报请国务院批准,2013年生产的小麦(三等)最低收购价提高到每50公斤112元,比2012年提高10元(9月29日国家发改委公布)。近期河南省小麦市场均价108.91元/公斤,环比上涨1.33%,同比上涨9.78%,各地价格在102-115元/50公斤之间。2013年小麦最低收购价提前公布,提高幅度基本符合市场预期,也基本接近当前国内小麦现货市场价格
In order to protect peasants’ enthusiasm in growing grain and promote the development of food production, the state continued to implement the policy of a minimum purchase price in the main wheat producing areas and appropriately increased the minimum purchase price in 2013. After the report was submitted to the State Council for approval, the minimum purchase price of wheat (third-class) produced in 2013 was raised to 112 yuan per 50 kg, an increase of 10 yuan over 2012 (as announced by NDRC on September 29). Recent wheat market in Henan Province, the average price of 108.91 yuan / kg, chain up 1.33%, up 9.78%, around the price of 102-115 yuan / 50 kg. In 2013, the minimum purchase price of wheat was announced ahead of schedule. The increase was basically in line with market expectation and basically close to the current domestic wheat spot market price
