本文通过大量计算及试验分析!否定了以最大应力点的最大经向表面应力作为rrrrrrrrn翻边开孔强度分析的基准。根据结构受力特点及实践经验,提出了以基准点环向中rrrrrrrrn面应力作为分析翻边开孔强度的基准,并引入了结构材料强度系数Φ。从而提出了rrrrrrrrn计算翻边开孔强度的新方法。rrrrrrrrn本文还提出了翻边半径r_o越小,基准点环向中面应力集中系数α_(A2中)越大;理论法rrrrrrrrn兰管长度l越长,α_(A2中)越大的新观点。rrrrrrrrn上述新方法及新观点均已得到试验验证。
In this paper, through a large number of calculations and experimental analysis, we denied the maximum meridional surface stress at the maximum stress point as the reference for the open-burned strength analysis. According to the characteristics of structural forces and practical experience, this paper proposes a method of analyzing the surface stress of the burring area by using the reference stress and introducing Structural material strength coefficient Φ.
