呼吸道异物多发生于儿童,是耳鼻咽喉科常见急诊之一。我科自1971～1986年,共收治呼吸道异物164例,其中3例死于心衰,现分析报告如下:一、性别和年龄:男性101例,女姓63例。年龄最大39岁,最小2个月,10岁以下150例。二、异物种类:共26种,其中以植物性异物为多数,如花生米,胡豆等,共145例(88.41%)。动物性8例14.88%,如鳝鱼骨、免子骨。化学合成物7例(4.27%),如园珠笔套等。金属异物4例(2.44%)。
