为比较由抗-Ⅱ型胶原抗体诱导和抗耳蜗抗体被动转移所产生的耳蜗改变,作者选用体重300~500g 的健康豚鼠30只进行实验。第一组(10只)为抗耳蜗组,肌注抗豚鼠耳蜗的免疫球蛋白;第二组(10只)系抗-Ⅱ型胶原组,肌注纯化鸡Ⅱ型胶原和完全弗氏佐剂的混悬液;第三组(10只)为对照组,在同样实验条件下不加任何免疫刺激。另用体重1.5Kg 的兔子3只致敏及获取抗豚鼠耳蜗的抗体,即向兔子注入豚鼠膜性耳蜗浸出液与弗氏佐剂混悬液,使之免疫化后,分离出血清中的免疫球蛋白。耳蜗功能藉脑干反应测听作评价,组织损
