改革开放二十多年来,我国中小企业得到迅速的发展,已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分,对经济社会的发展和稳定起着举足轻重作用。由于中小企业本身产出规模小、资本和技术构成较低,受传统体制和外部宏观经济影响,使得其在财务管理方面存在与市场经济发展不相适应的情况。本文就此提出对策方案,旨在帮助我国中小企业更好更快发展。
Since the reform and opening up for more than 20 years, the rapid development of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important part of the national economy and plays a decisive role in the economic and social development and stability. Because SMEs themselves have small output and low capital and technology composition, SMEs are affected by the traditional system and external macroeconomic conditions, making their financial management incompatible with the development of market economy. This paper proposes a solution to this problem, designed to help SMEs in China better and faster development.
