在市场竞争日趋激烈的环境下,企业要想得到良好的发展,就必须不断提升自身的核心竞争力,提升企业管理水平。财务管理作为企业管理中的重要组成部分,直接关系着企业的经营和发展,影响着企业的经济效益,是企业管理人员必须重点关注的问题。本文结合ERP的特点和作用,以某地石化企业为例,对ERP在财务管理中的应用进行了分析和探讨。
In an increasingly competitive market environment, companies want to get a good development, we must continue to enhance their core competitiveness, enhance the level of enterprise management. As an important part of business management, financial management is directly related to the operation and development of the enterprise and affects the economic benefits of the enterprise. It is a problem that the enterprise managers must pay close attention to. In this paper, the characteristics and role of ERP, with a petrochemical enterprises as an example, the application of ERP in financial management were analyzed and discussed.
