目前各地蒜薹冷库已装袋入贮进入正常的贮期管理,为了搞好今年蒜薹的贮鲜工作,笔者就蒜薹贮藏期的各项管理略谈一、二,供冷藏企业参考。一、产品管理由于入贮之际工作的繁忙.大多冷库存在装袋质量不高的问题,而且单位之间相差很大。主要是装袋前蒜薹加工不细、装袋不整齐、装量多少不均匀。这些问题如不及时解决,将会影响到今后的管理和蒜薹的保鲜质量。为此,我们建议存在上述问题的冷库
