把同业对标的精细化管理引入到电网企业的运行管理中,能够增强电网企业相互的竞争力,提高并促进电网企业的管理水平,同时也有利于促进我国电网企业的发展。本文主要描述了同业对标的含义以及作用、根据目前电网企业如何充分发挥同业对标这一管理工具,完成同业对标精细化管理的实现进行分析。以此作为各类企业实行同业对标工作的借鉴。
The fine management of peer benchmarking into the operation and management of power grid enterprises can enhance the mutual competitiveness of power grid enterprises, enhance and promote the management level of power grid enterprises, and also help promote the development of China’s power grid enterprises. This paper describes the meaning and role of peer benchmarking, according to the current how to give full play to the power grid enterprises benchmarking the management tools to complete the implementation of peer standardization management analysis.
