尿潴留为外科常见病多发病。其发病原因可分为阻梗性尿潴留和神经性尿潴留。现将我院遇到的无孔处女膜经血压迫尿道口引起急性尿潴留一例,报告如下。女,16岁,因尿频,排尿困难,反复发作三个多月,于1979年12月10日11时急诊入院。体查发现腹软,下腹部膀胱区胀至脐下两横指,其他无异常。实验室检查:尿清黄色,白细胞0～2,蛋白质+,尿糖阴性,血像正常。月经史:从未来潮。初诊:急性尿潴留,泌尿道结石待排除。入院后导尿,导出尿液约800毫升,尿清黄色,导尿后膀胱区压痛,向尿道口放射,停留尿管一天,内
