目的分析新疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州(简称巴州)实行碘盐综合防治措施后人群碘盐食用情况及尿碘水平,为消除碘缺乏病提供依据。方法 2008—2012年按随机抽样方法监测库尔勒市、轮台县、尉犁县、若羌县、且末县人群食用加碘盐情况;2011—2013年按碘缺乏病高危地区人群监测,检测8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大情况及尿碘水平、孕妇尿碘水平。结果库尔勒市、轮台县、尉犁县、若羌县、且末县碘盐覆盖率分别为100.00%、99.00%、100.00%、96.00%、98.33%,居民合格碘盐食用率分别为100.00%、97.00%、99.67%、93.67%、98.00%;且末县、若羌县8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率分别为0.42%、0;2013年8~10岁儿童尿碘小于100μg/L的构成比分别为22.35%、40.08%,尿碘小于50μg/L的构成比分别为13.73%、8.50%;孕妇尿碘小于100μg/L的比构成分别为25.00%、46.67%。结论巴州碘盐防治措施得到了较好落实,各项指标达到了消除碘缺乏病标准,且末县孕妇碘补充不足,有待于进一步提高。
Objective To analyze the iodine salt consumption and urinary iodine level in Xinjiang Bayinguoleng Mongol Autonomous Prefecture (abbreviated as Bazhou) after iodized salt comprehensive prevention and control measures were taken to provide basis for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders. Methods From 2008 to 2012, we monitored the consumption of iodized salt in Korla, Luntai, Ruoqian, Ruoqian, and Qianshan counties by random sampling method. From 2011 to 2013, we monitored the population with high risk of iodine deficiency disorders Thyroid enlargement and urinary iodine levels in 10-year-old children, urinary iodine levels in pregnant women. Results The coverage rates of iodized salt in Kailu, Luntai, Yuli and Ruoqian counties were 100.00%, 99.00%, 100.00%, 96.00% and 98.33%, respectively. The rates of using iodized salt for residents were 100.00% 97.00%, 99.67%, 93.67% and 98.00%, respectively. The goiter rates of children aged 8-10 years old in Qiaomou and Ruoqian counties were 0.42% and 0% respectively. The urinary iodine was less than 100μg / L in children aged 8-10 years in 2013 The proportions of 22.35%, 40.08% and urinary iodine less than 50μg / L were 13.73% and 8.50%, respectively. The ratios of urinary iodine less than 100μg / L in pregnant women were 25.00% and 46.67% respectively. Conclusion Bazhou iodized salt prevention and treatment measures have been better implemented, the indicators have reached the standard of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders, and pregnant women in Jiefang iodine deficiency, to be further improved.
